Had an awesome shopping experience, fair price for the item and it showed up right on time as I asked.

I was keen on this specific appliance that cost over £100 more when bought new. This one was noted to have some signs of use and a damaged part. I managed to swap out that part and saved a ton of cash. Super pleased with the service I received.

They've taken 1200 pounds from me. I returned my phone using a DPD label they provided through tesco_outlet on eBay, and it was signed for by WHITE. Yet, I still haven't seen my refund. When I called, a lady told me not to call back, which was just unbelievable. Either they or eBay messed up something technical and are refusing to sort it out. My phone is definitely with them, but I'm left with nothing. This is just ridiculous; as a student, I'm missing out on a chunk of my hard-earned cash, and I'm at a loss for what to do now. Please take a proper look into this without jumping to conclusions. As a customer, I shouldn't have to face this hassle and poor communication. If this isn't sorted out soon, I’ll have no choice but to contact the Police and report this company to Tesco for their lack of customer care and for taking my money. Sincerely, Sami Basite.

I purchased a Samsung phone for £400 on eBay from a seller called tesco_outlet. The phone was faulty, and now I can't send it back because they provided a broken link, leaving me without a return code or label. I'm down £430 now. This feels like a scam, not a real business.

I got myself an S22+ and honestly, I can't complain about it or the service. It was quick, just like they said, and everything was spot on. Plus, I saved a bit of cash too, thanks to the recommendation from the M.S.E site, which really boosted my confidence.

The true measure of a business is how they handle issues when they arise. I bought a combo microwave from Cheapest Electrical, but it started acting up after just 4 months. With Christmas around the corner and delivery issues popping up, T.L.X took the initiative to set up a local repair service that the manufacturer suggested to check it out, and they covered the costs. Unfortunately, the repair guy said he couldn't fix it, so T.L.X. offered me either a replacement or a refund. I went with the refund option, and they quickly arranged for a courier to pick up the microwave and processed my refund. Every interaction with T.L.X. was super friendly and helpful, and I couldn't have asked for better service. I wholeheartedly recommend T.L.X. as a company you can trust.

I was pretty unsure when I spotted the TV I wanted on this site, since I had never come across this company before. The 65-inch Sharp TV they were advertising was nearly £200 less than the lowest price I found elsewhere for the same model. Still, I decided to take a leap of faith, and boy, am I glad I did! The delivery service, Action Express, was fantastic; the driver was super friendly and even called an hour ahead to confirm I’d be home. The entire experience was seamless, and I’m really pleased I took a chance on a company I hadn’t heard of before. The TV is absolutely AMAZING! It was labeled as grade A, which was supposed to mean it was brand new with a possibly damaged box... but the box was pristine! I scored the deal of the year and I’d definitely suggest giving them a shot!

It was way cheaper than other places, so I reached out to Samsung just to make sure the phone was genuine, and it turned out to be a legit, brand new UK model. I’ll definitely be checking their site for my next similar purchase.

This company truly follows through on their commitments. The delivery was quick, and the product came nicely packed. When an issue popped up, they handled it swiftly and offer great products at good prices.

Seriously, avoid this store. Half of the stuff I bought was defective, and they didn’t even arrange for returns, so I had to cover the shipping costs myself. The customer service is awful; there’s this one manager who just hangs up on people. Seriously, just steer clear of this place.

Super quick and supportive in the admin team. I interacted with Mia and Sandra. I'm really pleased with my buy; it was just as described. Honestly, their pictures of a scratch and scuff seemed worse than the actual condition. I can definitely recommend them; this was my first experience with this company, but it surely won't be the last.

This eBay seller is pretty sketchy. They took my payment, halted the delivery, and then wouldn’t issue a refund. I had to file a claim with PayPal. They claimed I’d only get my money back once they received the item I never got, but I never got it because they stopped the delivery. They acted like I was the one responsible for a courier delivery that they put a stop to, even though they already had my cash.

Best to steer clear of this seller, they can’t be trusted.
